Floyd Hebert is a minor supporting character in Grand Theft Auto V. He is the cousin of Wade Hebert.
He was voiced by Jimmy Ray Bennett.
Biography[]
He leads an uneventful life and tries to avoid trouble, with his only past indiscretion being stealing a pencil in elementary school. He works as a unionized longshoreman at Pier 400 in the Port of Los Santos. Prior to 2013, he is engaged to a woman named Debra and lives with her in Vespucci Beach, Los Santos, but she cheats on him during business trips.

Floyd Herbert is portrayed as a mild-mannered and unassuming individual, residing in the bustling city of Los Santos, San Andreas. He earns a modest living as a tow truck driver, maneuvering through the chaotic streets of the metropolis. Despite being a seemingly ordinary civilian, his life takes a dramatic turn when he crosses paths with the unpredictable and dangerous criminal, Trevor Philips.
Grand Theft Auto V[]
Trevor Philips, accompanied by Wade, intrudes into Floyd's apartment looking for Michael De Santa. Trevor imposes himself on Floyd, who is too timid to resist. Trevor later coerces Floyd to assist in stealing cargo from the Port of Los Santos. Despite Floyd's opposition, he is drawn into Trevor's plans. Floyd also aids in stealing a Submersible by using a crane to pull it out of the water.
After a series of missions involving Floyd's help, Trevor leaves the apartment but returns later and has a confrontation with Debra and Floyd. Trevor's actions result in bloodshed, and he and Wade leave, leaving Floyd's apartment in a chaotic state.
