Fogell Wenning also known by his alias McLovin is the deuteragonist of the 2007 teen comedy film Superbad. He was played by Christopher-Mintz Plasse, who voiced Fishlegs Ingerman in the How to Train Your Dragon franchise, Alvin in ParaNorman and King Gristle Jr. in Trolls.
His story[]
Fogell made a fake ID that reads McLovin, a 25 year old Hawaiian organ donor. He made it so that he would get Seth and Evan some booze for Jules' party. He bought some booze at a store but got punched by a thug. Two police officers arrived and met Fogell.
Trivia[]
- While it is said that the McLovin ID is an organ donor, there is no indication on screen of his status.
- The McLovin ID was used by a 20-year old Iowa man in 2019 but got arrested after the bartender accepted the ID.
- Seth remarking that Fogell's picture for the ID looking like a future molester was improvised by Jonah Hill. Ironically, Jared Fogle was accused of molesting children in 2015.
