Francis is a character from Oliver & Company. Francis is a Bulldog of Fagin's dogs. Winston Churchill, whose appearance was often compared to being like a bulldog, is who his character is loosely based on. Thus he has an upper-class London accent, is very sophisticated, and enjoys theatre and the arts, and especially acting.
Francis is voiced by the late Roscoe Lee Browne.
