Frederica Baumann is a supporting character in the 2014 Japanese dark fantasy light novel series Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World and its 2014 manga & 2016 anime television series adaptations of the same name.
Baumann was born to a half-beast father and human mother, making her a quarter-beast. Due to her blood, Frederica could transform into a large leopard-like creature. When she was very young, she was brought to the Sanctuary, a safe-haven for individuals with mixed-blood. However, she eventually abandoned the Sanctuary, leaving behind her younger half-brother Garfiel Tinzel in the process.
She eventually came under the employment of Margrave Roswaal L. Mathers as a maid in his mansion, although she went on hiatus from work sometime before Subaru Natsuki's arrival. Roughly two months after Subaru's arrival, Frederica returned to work due to the request of Ram, the head maid of the mansion.
Frederica is voiced by Kaori Nazuka in Japanese and by Dawn M. Bennett in English. Nazuka has also voiced Invisible Girl and Mount Lady in My Hero Academia, Nunnally vi Britannia in Code Geass, Tsubaki Nakatsukasa in Soul Eater, Miyu Edelfelt in Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya, Lynette Bishop in Strike Witches, and Uta in One Piece Film Red. Bennett has also voiced Kale and one half of Kefla in Dragon Ball Super, Frosch in Fairy Tail, Shizue Izawa in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Setsuna Tokage in My Hero Academia, Emilia Ludowell in The Misfit of Demon King Academy, Sash Lilac in Freedom Planet, and Fuzzy in The Morose Mononokean.

Frederica Baumann was a young woman considered beautiful with light skin who stood at five feet and eleven inches tall. She had a slender yet muscular build and a curvaceous physique. Like her younger half-siblings, she inherited her mother's emerald-green eye color and light gold hair color. Her hair was very long, reaching down passed her hips, and she had bangs that covered her forehead and framed her face.

- Frederica's birthday was on the sixth of December.
- For her flashback cameo in season one, Frederica was voiced by Faye Mata in the English version rather than Dawn M. Bennett. In Re:Zero, Mata primarily voices the Royal Selection candidate Priscilla Barielle. Outside of Re:Zero, Mata's other notable roles include Aqua in KonoSuba God's Blessing on this Wonderful World!, Astolfo in Fate/Apocrypha, Ryuko in Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir, Malty S.
