Freeze Louise is a recurring heroine in the PBS Television series Hero Elementary. She is one of the two known members of Team Tornado, alongside her twin brother Petie Heat.
She is voiced by Denise Oliver, who also voiced Maurecia from Wayside, Kitty Ko from Sidekick, Mina Beff from Grojband, Hazel the Squirrel from My Friend Rabbit, Yu from Bayblade: Metal Fusion, Gwyn from Looped and Patty and Selma from Fangbone.
Personality[]
Louise is known for being a kind, extroverted student at Hero Elementary, which goes against stereotypical cryokinetic superheroes/villains, who have cold, introverted personalities.
However, alongside her brother, she has trouble controlling her power, and becomes remorseful whenever it cause unintentional mishaps.
Powers[]
As her name suggests, she has the power of cryokinesis, which allows her to generate ice on any surface or even freeze water into ice just by pointing her finger, however she is unable to fully control this power, as she has a bad habit of pointing randomly, which in turn causes her to shoot ice blasts with unintentional consequences.
