Fu Xuan (Chinese: 符玄) is a playable major character in the 2023 science fantasy turn-based tactical role-playing video game Honkai: Star Rail. She's the current head of the Xianzhou Luofu's Divination Commission as a Master Diviner. She hails from the Xianzhou Yuque, one of the Alliance's flagships known for the practitioners of Diviners and was transferred into Xianzhou Luofu to foretells the outcome as she feels that she does is the wisest actions.
She's voiced by Miku Itou in Japanese dub, Hualing (who also voiced Mana Nekomiya from Zenless Zone Zero, both Klee and Nahida from Genshin Impact, and Amber and Theresa in Honkai Impact 3rd) in Chinese dub, Sarah Wiedenheft (who also voiced Vivian Banshee in Zenless Zone Zero) in English dub, and Lee Ji-hyeon (who voiced Sayu in Genshin Impact) in Korean dub.
