Fubuki is a major character in the adventure manga and anime series The Elusive Samurai. A talented swordsman and strategist despite his young age, he is a former member of the Elusive Warrior.
He is voiced by Kikunosuke Toya in Japanese
Appearance[]
Fubuki is a calm teenage boy with light blue hair in a bob style, with bangs covering his right eye. His outfit of choice is primarily composed of light and dark blue hues, comprised of a loose, light blue robe that extends down to his knees, adorned with a subtle snowflake pattern, which hints at an association with ice or cold elements. The robe features wide sleeves that taper at the wrists, where they are secured by dark blue cuffs. Over it, he wears a darker blue haori with a hexagonal pattern, which adds texture and depth to his attire. Fubuki's lower half is dressed in dark, slim-fitting leggings that are tucked into traditional white tabi socks. His footwear consists of waraji-style sandals, bound by light blue straps matching the rest of his attire. His weapons are two swords to which he carries on each side of his waist, secured by a blue obi.
Personality[]
Fubuki conducts himself as an easy-going and collected boy known for his ravenous nature and his exceptional swordsmanship despite his young age. In battle, Fubuki is cold, slaughtering his enemies without fear and hesitation. He possesses a strategic mind and wise mind, able to analyze over Hojo Tokiyuki and able to figure out that he is an orphan. His charisma led Tokiyuki to rest him to train him in the art of sword-fighting. Fubuki is capable of calming visualize strategies to deal against Hirano Shogen and his men. Furthermore, he is also noted by his friends to be an excellent teacher. Remaining unfazed in front of dangerous adults with murderous intents, Fubuki calmly exhibits a calm desire to kill his enemies, questioning which one fo them he should kill first. Even under dangerous situations, including being injured by a blade, Fubuki remains collected and compliments the combat skills and swordsmanships of skilled warriors.

- Fubuki appears to be inspired from the real life figure of the same name Kō no Morofuyu, a samurai from the same era as this counterpart.
