Gai Tendo is one of the main protagonists in the Buriki One.
His design was meant to mirror Mixed Martial Artists and his design was probably based on real life fighters, Kazushi "The Gracie Hunter" Sakuraba or Caol Uno. He's also based on manga character Baki Hanma from Baki the Grappler.
History[]
Gai Tendo was known as a fighter of the martial arts system named Total Combat or Total Fighting Art. He hails from Japan and heard news of the upcoming Buriki One tournament and while decided to enter to test his skills. During the tournament, he started a rivalry with american boxer Rob Python. Gai Tendo is good friends with Seo Yong Song and Takato Saionji.

Very brash and noisy, Gai is the type of person that doesn't think before he acts. While he is a fighter at heart.
