Galina is the deuteragonist of the anime, Yatterman Night.
Biography[]
Galina and Alouette were childhood friend for as long as he could remember. They didn't have much due to the harsh environment put upon them by the Yatterman Army, but they care for one another just the same along with their families. However, the Yatterman army would eventually take their parents from them along with their dog, Wan. The despair causes Alouette to suffer trauma so immense that she becomes blind and delusional, prompting Galina to look out for her.
As they struggle to survive, Galina finds Alouette interacting with some strange people who broke into their house. Fearing the worst, Galina confronts them. However, he finds out they are on the run from Yatterman when the army comes to investigate. Galina chooses to hide the mysterious individuals for their safety, but has to burn their clothes to prevent the Yatterman army from finding out. After the army leaves, Galina becomes acquainted with the group who introduce themselves as the Doronbo Gang. Galina asks them to leave for everybody's safety which they agree to do before sunrise. To make up for burning their uniforms, Galina makes some newer better ones for them before they leave.
However, it turns out Yatterman weren't ready to give up as they return to burn the house with Galina and Alouette in it. Fortunately, Doronjo returned to help. There, Galina decides it best to join the gang in their fight against Yatterman.
As he and Alouette travel with the gang, Galina learns to help out with Boyacky teaching him mechanics and Tonzura teaching him martial arts. He also does his share of keeping Doronjo safe.
Eventually, the gang come face to face with Lord Yatterman who reveals himself to be Dokurobei. Realizing the lies Dokurobei had been spreading and noting how Doronjo's group is unable to convince the public of the truth, Galina declares that he would take up the name of Yatterman-1 with Alouette as Yatterman-2 in order to expose Dokurobei. Doronjo accepts this decision while knowing that it would mean they wouldn't be able to see eachother again due to Yatterman and Doronbo Gang being enemies. With the group split up, Galina faces off against Dokurobei while Doronjo leads the Doronbo gang protects him from below by fighting Dokurobei's Yatterman Generals.
Galina and Alouette manage to land a finishing blow to Dokurobei, ending his tyranny once and for all. They have a memoir for Alouette's father before heading off to ensure the safety of others.
