Gallagher also known as "Penacony" is a playable major character in the 2023 science fantasy turn-based tactical role-playing video game Honkai: Star Rail. He is a security guard affiliated with the Bloodhound Family, who also doubles as a slovenly bartender, who keeps anything and everything about himself under wraps.
Abilities[]
Gallagher is a unique kind of healer that has an additional focus on "Break" strategies: his Ultimate and Technique inflict a special debuff on all enemies that increases their Break Damage taken and heals allies that attacked them. The former can also enhance his basic attack to deal high Toughness damage on a target enemy and debilitate their Attack power.
Personality[]
Gallagher was also a slovenly and indolent mixologist. Though unorganized in apparel and casual in how he made his drinks, he was always courteous toward guests but kept his vigilance about him. Likewise, he was the one who sent out the invitations drawing many factions to Penacony on the Watchmaker's behalf, hoping their involvement would be the lynchpin in finally resolving the corruption within the Family that's threatening to destroy his legacy.
