Template:Anti-Hero Infobox Gavin is a Dino-bird and the former main antagonist of Blue Sky's 11th animated feature film, Ice Age: Collision Course. He is the father of Roger and Gertie. He is voiced by Nick Offerman, who also voiced Metalbeard from The Lego Movie, and later voiced Norman in the 2016 musical film Sing.
Appearance
Gavin is a grey Dino-bird with red feathers, a black beak and greenish yellow eyes.
He also has a gray body and teal-blue scales and a gray underbelly.
Personality
At the start of the film, Gavin started off as tough and ruthless and he loves his kids.
He, along with Gertie, dislike Buck, but in the end he spares his life and helps the herd.

Gavin nearly sacrifices himself to save Roger and Gertie.
Trivia
- Gavin is the only main antagonist in the Ice Age franchise that reformed.
- Gavin, along with Gertie and Roger, were the first dinosaurs to move to the Herd Valley.
- The only reason he became nice was because Buck let him and his kids join the Herd. However, there could have been some good inside of him anyhow.
- Gavin was received negatively by the critics who considered him the "worst Ice Age's villain" for him having no originality and his redemption.
