George is the titular main protagonist of the 2004 film, George and the Dragon.
He is played by James Purefoy.
Biography:[]
George is a knight who fought during the Crusades. He is first seen walking with his friend Tarik discussing their future. George wants to retire and Tarik wants to find El Cabillo. When they get to the beach, they notice a monk named Father Bernard being chased by an angry mob of people. They rescue him. George bids farewell to Tarik and leaves on a boat with Bernard to go back to England. On the way back George tells Bernard how he meet Tarik and he plans to get a wife, a huge plot of land, and two cattle.
When George gets back to England, he goes to the village where he grew up, he meets a boy named Wryn
