George Joestar II is a supporting character in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part II: Battle Tendency. He is a British air pilot and is the son of Jonathan Joestar and Erina Pendleton. He is the father of Joseph Joestar and husband of Lisa Lisa. He was a caring father and husband but was tragically short lived due to discovering that his superior officer is a zombie.
He is also the main Protagonist of the Jorge Joestar novel written by Ōtarō Maijō.
Biography[]
After Jonathan died in the sinking boat at the hands of Dio Brando, Erina was saved after being stranded on sea and gave the baby that she saved to be raised by Straizo. In the year of 1889, She gave birth to Jonathan's son and name him after Jonathan's father, George Joestar. Erina raised George all by herself until when was older, he fell in love with Elizabeth, who was the baby that Erina saved. Years later, they got married and gain a son named Joseph. Afterwords, George became a pilot of the British Air Force during World War I and became very well known pilot in the country. Until one dreadful night, a creature from the past has come to haunt the Joestars once again, that creature is none other a zombie from the time of Dio's terror in England.
That zombie lived for so long consuming humans that it encounters. One time, it consumed an officer of the British Air Force and taken his identity. George became very suspicious of his superior and tried to look into him, later discovering that he is a zombie. But sadly George's life is tragically taken when the zombie notice his presence. When news came by of George's death, Speedwagon and his team knew what actually happen to George and told the news to his wife. Elizabeth was very shock and upset by the incident, she sought vengeance on the zombie and walk to his office in the British Air Force headquarters. She killed him but she was witnessed by another and was called a traitor by the entire country, leading her to abandon her name and started calling herself Lisa Lisa.
Appearance and Personality[]
George the II resembles a lot of his father. He has thick eyebrows, short refined hair, and wearing his Royal Air Force uniform. Physically, he has blue eyes and fair skin and being fairly muscular. His appearance is a little different in the manga compared to how he looked in the anime. In the manga, his uniform is green, he had purple hair, and moderate blue eyes. In the anime, his hair is brown, his eyes are regular blue, and his uniform being navy blue.
Though his personality is not shown as much, he does display courage and bravery from his services and when confronting the zombie posing as his superior officer.

- Before his death, George was told about Dio and his father conflict with him, which is what caused George to be suspicious of his superior officer.
- According to Speedwagon, George does have potential to be trained in Hamon just like his father.
