The Giant Ghast, also known as the Bedrock Ghast, is a supporting character in the AvM Shorts Season 4 episode "Lucky Block Staff". Following the creation of Beeper, Red summons them with the Spawner Staff within the Orb's tower. It flew up the tower while carrying the stick gang on it's head, allowing them to fight off the Orb's minions while doing so.
Appearance[]
It has the regular appearance of a Ghast in Minecraft, albeit much larger.
During the fight with the Queen Bee, the Second Coming used his staff and gave the Ghast a trusty bedrock helmet.
Personality[]
In its limited screentime, it is shown being fearless, friendly, and not hostile towards Stick Gang, despite being a Ghast. Even though it becomes visibly upset when the Stick Gang accidentally harmed it, the Ghast continued to fly up the tower and doesn't hold any grudges against them. It is also gentle, smiling as Beeper flew around its face. It can be slightly careless, accidentally squishing the Stick Gang up against the roof of the tower, but it immediately fixed this mistake.
Trivia[]
- Red is actually the second stick figure to have a pet Ghast, the first being Yellow. Unfortunately, Yellow's Ghast was mistakenly killed by Blue.
- Yellow is implied to still has some affection towards Ghasts, as shown when he pets the Giant Ghast after it defeated the Queen Bee.
- Its fate is unknown, but it could be alive from the tower collapse because of their bedrock helmet.
- It's bedrock helmet takes the shape of a netherite helmet.
