Gigi the Gachapon (or just known as Gigi) is one of the main protagonists of the Roblox game Dandy’s World.

She is one of the Toons that explore the grounds of the abandoned Gardenview Center, she is shown to be a Toon that likes collecting items.

Appearance

Gigi is a Toon that takes on the appearance as a red gachapon, for her clothing, she wears a large blue sweater to the point that it covers her arms completely, the blue sweater with a large yellow star in the middle, along with a dark shade of blue of her neck and sleeves. She has black eyelashes on the bottom of her eyes and has dark red eyelids.

Personality

Gigi is shown to be a laid back and friendly Toon who likes collecting items, this is proven in one of her dialogues with Tisha, as Gigi claims she’ll never get rid of her cool stuff, this also hints that she can be disorganized with her stuff as Tisha also claims it is a mess in her room. Gigi is also shown implied to be greedy, which is best shown in her Twisted form with the ability to steal items from the Toons inventory, and her introducing card, where it states that she isn’t one for sharing. It is shown that she can be a prankster, as shown in her dialogues with Cosmo and Sprout. Her introducing card states that she is adventurous.

Biography

Gigi was one of the side Toons in Dandy’s World, a show that was made to teach friendship. At some point in the 1980’s (presumably), a living version of Gigi was created for the Gardenview Center, the place for the Dandy’s World show. Gigi’s designation could possibly be either R-001 or R-003, but it is unconfirmed as of now. While the show continued, the show became successful and was popular.

On the 29th of June, Gardenview Center was shutdown because of safely regulations a ‘malfunction’ incident, which is hinted to be the creation of the Twisteds. However, no specific details of the incident has been shown as of yet. After Gardenview Center was shutdown and left behind, Gigi, along with the other Toons, had stayed in Gardenview Center.

Powers/Abilities

• Surprise!: This is Gigi’s active ability, this grants her the ability to give her any item she wants, such as Bandages or a Valve.
• Expert Thief: This is heavily hinted during the game, as Gigi’s interaction with Vee shows the she keeps her collections to herself, her upcoming interaction with Astro also further supports this.

Trivia

• It is shown and implied in her interactions with Connie that she and Connie are close friends.
• Gigi is implied to be a thief, as hinted in her interaction with Vee. It is shown in an upcoming interaction with Astro that she states she stole Astro’s extra spare hat.
• One of Gigi’s lines when finishing extracting a machine says “Oh yes, it’s all coming together!”. This could possibly be a reference to The Emperor’s New Groove, where a character in the movie (Kronk) says the same line.
