Gilthunder is a former antagonist and a current supporting protagonist in The Seven Deadly Sins. He is a diamond-ranked Holy Knight of Liones, being the son of former King Zaratras and former pupil of Meliodas. His main goal is protecting Margaret Liones, but is unable to due to being under the control of his stalker, Vivian.
Appearance[]
Gilthunder is a tall, handsome man with blue eyes and pink hair that is combed to each side. In his knight outfit, he wears dark blue full body armor without a helmet and wields a single sword.
Personality[]
At first, Gilthunder is thought to be cruel and vicious. However, this is all an act, and after Meliodas kills the chimera holding his fiance hostage, he goes back to his true personality.
In truth, he is actually kind and generous, and he looks up to Meliodas.
Powers & Abilities[]
Thunder: Gilthunder Magical Ability. Allows him to control lightning.
Swordsmanship: Gilthunder is a master swordsman, like many other Holy Knights.
Trivia[]
- While Gilthunder himself is free of Vivian directly messing with him by the end of the original series, the insane woman managed to ruin his family; kidnapping his son Chion twice and causing him to become a jaded cynic unable to build friendships.
