Gloriosa Daisy is the Director of Camp Everfree, Timber Spruce’s older sister and the (former) main antagonist of My Little Pony: Equestria Girls: Legend Of Everfree.
Gloriosa is initially portrayed as a rather kind, lively and always available girl. She is always dedicated to making Camp Everfree fun and as memorable as possible for everyone by always repeating her catchphrase; "I'll handle that!". However, she can also be aggressive, as she is at odds with her younger brother Timber about camping and magic and also grumpy, also towards business man Filth Rich .
Sunset Shimmer gains the powers of the minds of others by touching them, Gloriosa di se is found to feel so much anger, stress and frustration at not being able to do much to keep in. When Camp Everfree and try to do whatever it takes to avoid to give up camping, even to find magical gems and use them to his advantage for his overwhelm.
She also proves stubborn that she doesn't want to listen to anyone for the problems she has, she also shows a destructive side for having ignored her brother several times and in desperation she no longer sees us and becomes "Gaia Everfree" and locks Twilight and Sunset in a cave out of annoyance and closes the campers in a copper cage, becoming homicidal and hysterical.
After being defeated, she sees that she has done it and regrets what she did and is willing to give up camping for her punishment and apologizes to her brother and the others. She also proves to be thanked and sensitive for the help of her that they offer her and after being forgiven.
History
Legend Of Everfree
Gloriosa appears with her brother, Timber Spruce, at the beginning of the film to welcome the CHS students to their Camp Everfree which she directs. Gloriosa promises them that they will have an unforgettable week full of fun. While being friendly with the campers, she shows acts of quarrel towards her brother Timber, which makes Sunset Shimmer suspicious, especially when Gloriosa sneaks into the woods at night, without her noticing Sunset.
Sunset believes Gloriosa is arguing with Timber because he wants to sell the campsite because of his desire to live a quiet life in the city. In reality Timber is worried about Gloriosa because he is under stress that she has found some magical gems and tries to use them to prevent the camp from being closed due to local businessman Filthy Rich. Gloriosa accidentally creates accidents around the campsite and Timber convinces everyone with the legend of Gaia Everfree to cover up her sister.
Glorious after all the troubles, she takes all the gems and unintentionally transforms into the evil Gaia Everfree and imprisons everyone in a dome of brambles, not even wanting to hear Timber, until Twilight, Sunset and their friends use their own magic to defeat her.
Glorious, back to her true appearance, is ashamed of what she has done and apologizes to everyone, and then Twilight and the others after a party called the Crystal Gala, and with the money they earn they manage to save Camp Everfree.
While the Rainbooms perform Legend You Were Meant To Be, Gloriosa interrupts the romantic moment of Twilight and Timber to introduce the latter to some donors who were friends of their parents.

She is mentioned by Pinkie Pie in "Saving Pinkie's Pie" and she's briefly seen talking with Timber in "Dashing Through the Mall".
