The Goblin King is the titular overarching antagonist of Scooby-Doo! and the Goblin King. He is the stern father of Fairy Princess Willow and the ruler of the Spirit World.
He is the one of the only persons who defeated and imprisoned Krudsky for manipulating him for bad purpose, thus earning his redemption.
He was voiced by the legendary actor Tim Curry who also played Gomez Addams and voiced Prince XII from Garfield films.

The Goblin King is the ruler of the Spirit who gave discipline to his daughter Fairy Princess Willow. He is an terrifying king, but he doesn't confidences his daughter.
He was manipulated by the villain Krudsky who has used him for selfish purpose by using his magic powers, but ends up treachery him for bad things. He punished Willow for disobedience, but he's glad to gave her back and imprisons Krudsky for his crimes and offers Velma, Scooby, Fred, Daphne and Shaggy to save the day, thus earning his redemption to make peace between humans and spirit worlds.
