Emma Webster, better known as Granny, is a supporting character of the animated series Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies and the main character of the animated shows The Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries and Baby Looney Tunes. She is the owner of Sylvester, Tweety Bird and Hector the Bulldog. She appeared as a non-playable character in the game Bugs Bunny and Taz Time Busters.
She was voiced by the late June Foray and later replaced by Candi Milo. In the Japanese dub from the series and movie, she was voiced by Hisako Kyōda.
She first appeared in Canary Row as the main character when she plays a very minor role, she must make sure that Sylvester will not eat her pet Tweety Bird.
In Gift Wrapped, Granny smacked Sylvester to split Tweety out. She also smacked Hector to spit Sylvester out. For her pets' misbehaviors, Granny placed stickers on both Sylvester's and Hector's mouths just so they will behave. In it's Nice to Have a Mouse Around the House, Granny does care for Sylvester after he gotten very nervous when fall into the swimming pool by Speedy Gonzales.
Granny is an elderly woman who is the owner of Sylvester, Tweety and Hector the Bulldog. She is also a bullying foil of Yosemite Sam, she is kind and self-aware towards people, Granny wears pair of glasses, she is a respectful woman who has defeated the thief who was stealing the money and tried to frame her for no reason, she teaches Daffy Duck and Porky Pig a lesson for putting a blame on her. She and her elderly friend had their pets named Sylvester the cat and Tweety Bird. In "Ain't She Tweet", she owned a lot of dogs, including Butch and bought Tweety from the pet shop delivery.
Granny also appears in Baby Looney Tunes when she takes care of the Looney Tunes characters who are babies.
