Gregory Knight (formerly known as Gregory Bailey), better known as Greg the Dog/Puppy, is one of the three overarching protagonists (alongside Officer Knight and Grace TheCat) of the Dog Man franchise.
He is a loyal and fearsome police officer that works with his owner, Officer Knight, and his former owner and current boss, Chief Clarence Bailey. As of a terrible bomb incident, the only hope for him and his owner, Knight, to survive is to become one being, Dog Man.
He was portrayed by Brian Owen in the Dog Man Musical and is voiced by Peter Hastings in the upcoming 2025 film adaptation of the series, both of which voiced Officer Knight and the titular character in their respective adaptations of the series.
