The Griffin-Pewtershmidt Family, as the Griffins or the Pewterschmidts are the main characters and villains of Family Guy. In the first few seasons, they are a seemingly normal family, but in most seasons now, they often commit evil deeds, getting worse every season. The family has six main members, with Peter as the father and Lois as the mother, with their children Meg, Chris, and Stewie from oldest to youngest, and Brian as their anthropomorphic pet dog. Even though the family isn't that smart overall, there are some smart members: Stewie and Meg. Brian and Lois can be somewhat wise, but Peter and Chris are by far the least intelligent.

Peter, Brian, and Stewie are all voiced by series creator Seth MacFarlane, while Chris is voiced by Seth Green, Lois is voiced by Alex Borstein, and Meg is voiced by Mila Kunis.
