Guts (ガッツ Gattsu) is the Mankanshoku family's pet pug and one of the main characters of Kill la Kill.

He is voiced by Katsuyuki Konishi in the Japanese version and by Derek Stephen Prince in the English version as well.

Appearance[]

Guts fits the overall description of a pug, being a pale cream in color with large eyes and a dark face.

Personality[]

Guts stays with the family through all kinds of dangers, including assisting Mataro in his search for Mako. Likewise, he is also able to instantly recognize which of the COVERS absorbed Mako. He wears clothes, can walk on two legs, and understands human speech perfectly.
