Gwen Darcy is a minor character from the American animated web series RWBY and a supporting character in the 2020 novel RWBY: Before the Dawn. She is a member of Team NDGO.
She is voiced by Mylissa Zelechowski.
Appearance[]
Gwen has mostly pale skin with brown eyes and black hair. Her outfit consists of a black, gray, and lavender dress with armor plates on the side that hold her throwing knives. She also wears light gray stockings with pale gray ballet flats
Biography[]
Gwen participates in the Vytal Festival with the rest of Team NDGO where they take on Team SSSN in the tournament. Gwen mostly faces Scarlet David who hoists her up onto a mast, as Gwen attempts to keep her dress up only for some of her throwing knives to fall out as Scarlet narrowly avoids them, and later is freed after Scarlet is eliminated but is eliminated with the rest of her team when Neptune Vasilias electrifies the water. Later Gwen fights in the Battle of Beacon against invading Grimm, White Fang troops, and Atlesian machines infected with the Black Queen virus, however during the battle Gwen and the rest of Team NDGO get on one of the evacuation transports after Nebula was hospitalizsd and Octavia cites Beacon as a lost cause.
