Trivia[]
- DVD was born as Reggie Bender and named a format DVD unlike his father who was just the guardian of the LaserDisc format and received his position from an unknown predecessor rather than actually being born and named a LaserDisc. The reason for this is uncertain, however, it is likely that his father already had the powers of the LaserDisc before Reggie's birth which resulted in Reggie inheriting said powers in a more updated form.
- Also he is similar to Carnage from Marvel comics and the film adaptation from the SSU.
- DVD’s appearance shares some similarities to Vergil from the Devil May Cry video game series from his white spiky hair to his long black coat.
