Haar

Haar (Japanese: ハール Haar) was a dracoknight who used to served under the kingdoms of Daein and Begnion. He was a subordinate of General Shiharam. Haar would then align with Ike's company with the help of Jill Fizzart, who was General Shiharam's daughter. He would then get himself caught up in Crimea's affairs after being pressured to help Elincia and Marcia, which led to him later be in Ike's company later after the rebellion was put to rest.

Personality[]

Haar is seen to be very calm and sarcastic. He enjoys getting rest every chance he gets. However, he becomes very devoted on protecting Jill, despite telling Ike that they were just serving under their general and nothing more, and avenging Shiharam. Haar also shows strong loyalty to anyone he respects, such as General Shiharam.

Appearance[]

Haar has brown hair and an iconic eyepatch on his right eye. He wears the same grey armor that he wore when he was still a soldier of Daein.

Biography[]

Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance[]

Haar was first seen at Port of Toha where he attempted to stop Jill from intercepting the Greil Mercenaries from boarding the ship owned by Nasir. Once Ike's company reached to Daein, Haar secretly has a conversation with Jill about how she's comfortable in Ike's company, to which he later tells her to prepare to meet him in combat. Once Ike and others made their way to Talrega, General Shiharam has Haar leave the town to gather survivors to leave the country after the general has opened the floodgates. Haar was then seen mourning General Shiharam's demise alongside with other soldiers, as they plan to return to Begnion and meet with the commander of the Holy Guards, Sigrun. It was later then revealed that Haar returned back to Daein appearing to be under Petrine's command, in order to secretly get his revenge on her for the death of General Shiharam. Jill later then convinced Haar to join her in Ike's company, to which he complied and regards her as "Captain Jill". At the mountains of Crimea, if Gromell encounters Haar, he will refer to him as a traitor and a cowardly dog. At Melior, the capital of Crimea, If Ashnard were to encounter Haar, he would also refer to him as a dog who betrayed him. Haar, Ike, Oscar, and the others were seen watching Rajaion roaring at Ena after Ashnard's defeat. After the war was over, Haar was seen congratulating Ike after Jill and is relieved that he could get some more sleep now that the war was over.

Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn[]

Haar was first seen flying past Marcia, Elincia, Nealuchi, and Leanne as they were fighting off dracoknights who were attempting to kidnap and sell Leanne. He is then convinced by Marcia to assist them in driving off the dracoknights. He then warned Elincia to not reveal to the enemies her role as the queen of Crimea as it would spark controversy with Begnion. Him and Lucia were then discussing on payments if things were to go her way. Since things went sideways, Haar reveals to Elincia that Lucia's hair was cut off, meaning she was spotted by Ludveck and taken captive. He also give Elincia the Physic staff. Haar, Elincia, and the rest of the army succeeded in holding off the rebels and detained Ludveck. Later after the rebellion was over, Haar (along with Nephenee and Brom), joined Ike's company in battling against the forces of Begnion. When him and Ike's company battled against the Dawn Brigade, Haar could convince Jill to join sides with him, showing he was still looking out for her. If he was enlisted to battle in the Tower of Guidance, he would belittle Lekain as he was too power hungry and that he was too devoted to Ashera while she doesn't hold the him to a high standard. If he were to encounter Levail, they would reflect on their childhood memories before battling. After the battle against Ashera, Haar would retire from fighting and just carry cargo back in his hometown, Talrega. If he has an A-rank support with Jill, they would be married.
