Hachi is the Orange Star CO who owns the Battle Maps store. As a result, he is able to obtain reduced prices and even deploy from cities. Strangely, he has somehow arranged to sell you himself for use in certain games.Hachi is an Orange Star CO and a recurring character in the Advance Wars video game series. He is the retired Commander-In-Chief of Orange Star who now runs the Battle Maps shop, as well as an old friend / rival of Sensei.
Hachi appears as an unlockable CO in each of the Advance Wars games. He often gives the player hints about the game in exchange for the player buying from him.
