Hacker the Mole is a male character from the Adventures Sonic the Hedgehog. He is friend of Sonic and Tails who is also computer genius because of his intelligence level the two heroes go to him whenever they need his help with technology.
History[]
The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog[]
Sonic and Tails go to Hacker for help when Robotnik finally came up with a smarter plan to try to capture Sonic. Before they arrive at Hacker's house he hacks into Robotnik's computer with a virus copyinghis super genius program. When Sonic and Tails arrive at his home Hacker tells them about how he just hacked into someone's computer Tails is impressed Hacker tells him that no has been able to make a system that he can't crack. After Hacker invites his friends it to his home then Scratch and Grounder show to capture Hacker after they find him the two badniks then blow up Hacker's house computer and other inventions with robot cannon Sonic then shows up disguised as a nerd making the two robots believe that he invented the virus that hacked Robotnik's computer he does this to rescue Hacker which works the two badniks believe him and let Hacker go Tails then gets Hacker to safety. Sonic defeats Scratch and Grounder when Grounder tries to find all of his parts he craps Hacker's genius chip by accident which increases Grounder's intelligence Robotnik then shows up to collect his two henchmen and they return to his base. After the villains leave Hacker reveals that he already has stupid chip to make machines dumb if the smart chip ends up in the wrong hands. Hacker gets into Robotnik's security monitor to see how Sonic is doing as he tries to switch the chips. But the plan fails Sonic is turned to stone and captured.
When Tails goes to rescue Sonic Hacker reveals to him that he doesn't get involved with action he only helps his friends by hacking and inventing so he can avoid physical hero work. After Grounder turns against Robotnik and has him and Sonic thrown in Robotnik's own dungeon Tails and Hacker show up to rescue their friend. Hecker hooks up some wires to ray gun that turn Sonic into stone so he can use it to unpetrifie Sonic which works. Sonic is suprise that Hacker is actually getting involved with the action. Grounder almost succeeds in getting rid of Sonic and his friends by zapping the with a lightning rod the creates and fires lightning bolts until Scratch ruins his plan that was the only thing Grounder couldn't think of with the genius chip. Robotnik gets the genius chip from Grounder but before Robotnik can put the genius chip in his helmet to make himself smarter Sonic switches it with the dumb chip. Sonic, Tails and Hacker then escape Robotnik's base Sonic then wonders what to do with the genius chip Harcker then destroys the genius chip with some rocks because he knows how dangerous it can be in the wrong hands. Sonic is impressed with how smart Hacker is about making the right decision to destroy the chip he invented.

Trivia[]
- After the lawsuit between Sega, Archie, Ken Penders and and few of the other creators of the Sonic Archie adventure. Sega and Archie lost the rights to the characters created by Ken Penders, plus other writers and artists this allowed Ian Flynn and Sega to bring in more characters from The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon.
- Even though Hacker never made it into the Sonic Archie comics after the Genesis Wave characters and events from The Adventures of Sonic show become tied in with the new timeline in the comic books.
