Hajime is one of the two the main protagonists of I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying. He is an otaku who runs a popular anime review blog.
He was voiced by Kenichi Suzumura.
Appearance[]
Hajime is taller than Kaoru, but is relatively shorter than most of the other male characters, aside from Mayotama, his younger brother. He has black, unkempt hair, pale skin, and is always seen wearing circular glasses and a blue t shirt.
Personality[]
Hajime is a massive Otaku, and loves absolutely everything anime, manga, and video games, even running an Otaku blog on the internet that he makes money off of. He's noted by Kaoru as being the least manly man she's ever met. He can get extremely energetic about his hobby, even in front of other people, very unapologetically so. He's unashamed of what he's into, especially when it's just him and his wife. These are traits which are also shared by his brother, too.
