Hajime Kudou is one of the two main protagonists (alongside Reiko Kujirai) of the science-fiction romance manga and anime series Kowloon Generic Romance. In a futuristic world, Kudou is a resident of the Kowloon Walled City, a city that of those who chose to prefer to live in the past lifestyle. He is a great friend of and a coworker of Reiko Kujirai.
He is voiced by Tomokazu Sugita in Japanese.
