Hal is a supporting character in The Angry Birds Movie and it's sequel in The Angry Birds Movie 2. He, along with his best friend Bubbles, are residents of Bird Island who took part in defeating the pigs.
Like Bubbles (voiced by Ian Hecox), he is voiced by fellow Smosh member Daniel Anthony "Danger" Padilla.
Appearance[]
Hal is an anthropomorphic Emerald Toucanet. His design in the movie combines elements of his classic and Toons appearances, with some modifications. His beak is orange again, and his feet are also orange. The black feathers on top of his head are now green, matching the color of the feathers on his tail. His belly is now pale beige instead of white.
Hal's ability is demonstrated throughout The Angry Birds Movie, where he is launched by Red and the other birds on the slingshot, launching him over a long distance. However, it backfires when he boomerangs and accidentally hits a tree, causing his beak to become stuck. Unlike the older games, Hal doesn't open his beak to boomerang backward.
