Haru Shinkai (新海 ハル Shinkai Haru?) is the main protagonist of Digimon Universe: Appli Monsters. His Buddy Appmon is Gatchmon.
He is voiced by Yumi Uchiyama and English dub is voiced by Stephanie Sheh in Studiopolis.
Appearance[]
Haru is a teenage boy with fair skin, green hair that sticks up at the top, and blue eyes. He wears yellow goggles on his forehead. He wears a red track jacket with yellow hemlines and a yellow horizontal on each sleeve and a white "X"-like symbol on the left side of the chest. Underneath, he wears a white shirt. He also wears blue capri jeans with rolled up cuffs, yellow socks, and white and red sneakers.
Personality[]
Haru is a kind and gentle person. Though a bit meek and emotional, he has a strong will and makes decisions based on his own opinions. He loves to read, and longs to be the hero of his own story. He is curious and possesses good deductive skills.
History[]
Haru and others are lured into an ambush by Hackmon and his Appli Driver Rei Katsura, who challenge them for a fight.
Haru, Eri, Torajirou and Rei are attacked by the Ultimate 4, a team of powerful Appmon under Leviathan's that easily destroy both their buddies and AppliDrives. Just as they are about to be killed as well, Yujin and Shutmon appear and face the enemies by themselves to help them escape.
Haru and the others reunite with their Appmons, who do not remember them at all, and are sent to a journey to restore their buddies' memories. In the occasion, they not only reconnect with Gatchmon and the others, but obtain each one their own AppliDrive DUO.
When Haru and Gatchmon enter Nakano Broadstreet's AR-Field, Agumon attacks them assuming they are enemies, until Gatchmon mentions Haru's Digimon Universe player name. Agumon celebrates his meeting with Haru, but then collapses from hunger. Haru and Gatchmon inquire Agumon about what is happening, and Agumon tells them about the mysterious perpetrator of the rampages. Uratekumon then finds the trio and summons many final bosses to fight them. As Agumon is awed by Globemon, Agumon asks Haru to let him digivolve, and Agumon becomes WarGreymon, helping Globemon fight the final bosses and Uratekumon. After the battle, Agumon reunites the video game characters and as they all return to their game worlds, Haru and Agumon promise to meet again.
In Episode 52, he falls into the cliff and finally Gatchmon whirls into the Appli Drive Duo and it was appears like we Gaiamon who was appeared, Everyone is when you be able to see Leviathan. Haru saw the city is messy and he climbed up in the building and he stands up for waiting with Gaiamon and everyone is joining with the AppDrive Duo and finally Gaiamon is using the flash of the sun and also Yujin is falling down and he had a disease of Leviathan and he went off in the AR Field to Dark Web. Haru saw the white place was simulated and the people turns into simulations and Yujin was listening at me and also The question like Yes and no screens for all and he was using yes, but Yujin was to say goodbye to Haru and Yujin touches the yes and he dies.
Haru starts to cry and never seen again and after he shouted by waking up Yujin and once the sun is going to up and finally it disappears away.
Haru is walking in the street and finally the boys are Astoria in the phone and it makes it happy. Eri and Hajime is playing ball and he will lose against the strike, but Eri was giving the talent for the Big Bang Punch of the girls and After he went to the library and see Gatchmon and finally Offmon is coming but Yujin is no more and also he uses the Switch Lazy and everyone screams and finally he laughs and also grandpa is making weak and he laughs.
In the Library, Gatchmon and Offmon is no more and he studied his artificial intelligence about ICT and he was doing the best thing about Yujin who felled us about Yes. But Haru is using the phone about what Yujin said to him about that and he was the protagonist of all and Haru was tired and Yujin was alive with normal skeleton and Haru was having best time. A new sister and father was here.
