Hector Rodrigo Casagrande Gutiérrez is one of the main characters of The Casagrandes. He is the maternal grandfather of Bobby and Ronnie Anne Santiago, the paternal grandfather of Carlota, CJ, Carlino, and Carlitos Casagrande, the father of Maria Santiago and Carlos Casagrande, and the husband of Rosa Casagrande. He is a big fat lazy dumb old man who plays the guitar and farts a lot. However, he still provides for the family by working at the bodega as his job. He actually dropped out of school when he was a teenager to run the bodega for the rest of his life, so despite his kindness, he's woefully lacking in the knowledge department.
He is voiced by Ruben Garfias.
Appearance[]
Hector is a short, round man with tan skin, black eyebrows, a thick, bushy gray mustache and gray hair at the sides of his head. He wears a tan shirt with an asparagus green jacket, that has patches on the elbows, olive green pants and black shoes.
Biography[]
The Loud House[]
In "The Loudest Mission: Relative Chaos", Hector took The Santiago Family in to live with him and his family at The Casagrande Apartment.
In "The Spies Who Loved Me", Hector used a camera chip to spy on Ronnie Anne as she skateboarded around town but it was only because he loved her and wanted to make sure she was safe.
In "The Loudest Thanksgiving", Hector played guitar music to make sure that Lori Loud would want to stay with his family instead of her own.
The Casagrandes[]
In "Store Wars", Hector worked at the bodega say and night, even though he got extremely tired from staying up so long just so that he could keep the company from going out of business to the Hi 'N' Buy.
In "Operation Dad", Hector was very mad about Arturo's and Maria's divorce, but in the end he put aside his difference and hug him.
In "Grandparent Trap", Hector ate the burritos that a ninja was about to throw at his wife but it was revealed that he mostly only did that because he didn't want that food to go to waste.

- He is the Casagrande counterpart of Luna Loud.
- His personality is very similar to the Sultan from Disney's Aladdin.
