Hel is an is an original character created for the The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross mobile original story Rangarok: Fate of the Gods. She is the Goddess of Death and Ruler of the underworld as well as one of Loki's 3 children being sister of Fenrir and Jormungand respectively.
Appearance[]
She resembles a small humanoid with having ears similar to an elf and horns. She has half of her hair blackish purple and white with red eyes, a white dress and black high heel shoes.
Personality[]
She has an calm and polite but serious personality to others who she wish to give souls a nice place to live in the afterlife comfortably.
However she also have a sadistic personality as when asked by Hawk what he looked if he was like and seriously asked him about killing him to show it.
History[]
She established the underworld for souls to peacefully live after they die and eventually was adopted by the god of mischief Loki. At some point her adoptive father brought Baldar Odin's first born to escape responsibility of inheriting the throne due to not wanting feed on souls to retain the gods' immortality which unknowingly made everyone thought Loki murdered Baldar.
She would occasionally have to deal with Nidhoggr at times with Baldar's help and drive the serpent away.
The Seven Deadly Sins with Fenrir and Jormungand visited the underworld to prove Loki’s innocence. While Baldr did try to attack them she breaks up the fight and tests them out to prove them which they passed. She explains about the history of the underworld and the truth between Baldr and Loki. However as she shows her guests around Nidhoggr attacks the Underworld’s world tree root sustaining the underworld and would destroy the underworld which would leave the souls nowhere to go and give them an fate worse than death. She, her siblings, Baldr and the Seven Deadly Sins would drive away the dragon away before she and Baldr saying goodbye to them as they set out to clear Loki's name.
Later on when Valdi and Heimdallr attempt to kidnap Fennir and Shall where Valdi wanted to kill them both but Heimdallr countered by saying that killing them would land them into the underworld ruled by Hel who is child of Loki and so took both to Asgard instead.
Trivia[]
- Despite being the oldest of Loki's children in terms of age she is technically the middle child as Fenrir was adopted first but Jormungand being adoptive last while Hel was secondxand the two sisters go by that instead.
- She is one of the few versions of Hel to be portrayed as heroic since she is usually depicted villainous in most depictions abet she is Grey Zone Hero here.
