Henken Bekkener is one of the main heroes of the anime series Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam. He is one of the leaders of the Anti-Earth Union Group and the captain of the Argama, and later the Radish.
He is voiced by Jūrōta Kosugi.

Henken Bekkener was originally a member of the Earth Federation Forces and a veteran of the One Year War until he defected from the EFF out of distaste for the Titans and joined the Anti-Earth Union Group to fight against the oppression of the Titans.
Henken became one of the leaders of the AEUG and the captain of the Argama. After Emma Sheen defected from the Titans and joined the AEUG, Henken developed an attraction towards her which Emma at first rejected but eventually reciprocated.
After rescuing a Temptation-class ship, Henken stepped down as captain of the Argama and allowed the Temptation's captain Bright Noa to take his place, instead becoming captain of the new Radish battleship.
During the end stages of the Gryps Conflict, when Emma was engaged in battle with Yazan Gable, Henken ordered his Radish to assist her, only for Yazan to shoot them down and kill Henken.
