Hercule Poirat is a major character in the Geronimo Stilton book series and the deuteragonist of the spin-off book series Heromice. He is the most famous detective of Mouse Island and the best friend of Geronimo Stilton.
Description[]
Hercule Poirat has been best friends with Geronimo since preschool. He works as a private investigator and runs the Poirat Agency. He enjoys playing pranks, especially on Geronimo, which usually happens when he seeks Geronimo's assistance or when they are working together. His greatest skills include his mastery at problem-solving, disguises and spying. Despite being highly competent in his job, Hercule can be clumsy and frivolous at times, which often results in him hurting Geronimo by accident. His defining trait is his love for bananas, which he regularly eats. He also drives a banana-shaped car. He leaves banana peels on the floor and in his office, which is completely messy, has hundreds of fleas and is hidden with practical joke traps. He has a crush on Geronimo's sister Thea. Hercule is sometimes also prone to tears, especially when begging for Geronimo's help or being upset about Thea.
