The Hero Party are the overarching protagonists of the manga/anime series Frieren: Beyond Journey's End. They were a posthumous group of adventures comprised of Himmel the Hero, Eisen the dwarven Warrior, Heiter the priest, and Frieren the elven mage. They spent a journey of 10 years together to defeat the Demon King. Upon arriving at the Royal Capital, they celebrated their last moments together before disbanding for good.

Himmel meets Frieren[]
A much younger Himmel found himself lost in the forest at night until he met the elven mage Frieren. Although Frieren did not think much of Himmel at first, she decided to cheer him up by using his Flower Bed spell to create a field of flower, enlighting a beautiful field of flower around them in the middle of the darkness. Several years after, a teenage Himmel and Heiter decided to embark on an odyssey, driven by a childhood pact to vanquish the infamous Demon King.
Journey to Defeat the Demon King[]
Himmel and Heiter were close childhood friends who grew up in the same orphanage and decided to form the Hero Party in order to achieve their dream of taking down the Demon King. In their teenage years, they designated Eisen as their leader before going into the search of Frieren in the forest to be recruited as their mage, somewhere in the wilderness of the Central Lands. The group returns to the Royal Capital. Yet, their newfound partnership faces an immediate challenge when Himmel and Eisen anger the King, narrowly escaping punishment, after misbehaving in front of him. Left with meager resources, they set out with only ten humble copper coins. Over the next decade, the Hero Party encounters various trials, aiding the needy and battling demonic foes. Among their great achievements, they imprisoned Qual, the Elder Sage of Corruption, in the Größe Forest, defeat Aura's army of the undead, and overthrow two other Sages of Destruction, the Immortal Böse and the Miraculous Grausam. They also conquer the Thousand Mirror Tower, earning a reputation as unparalleled dungeon conquerors. In the end, after a decade of efforts, they emerge victorious over the Demon King. Throughout their arduous journey, the bonds within the Hero Party deepen, fostering true camaraderie. They fondly recall lighter moments, like Frieren's encounters with Mimics and Heiter's drunken escapades. Despite time passing, their unity remains steadfast, each of them never hesitated to help others in need. In his later years, Eisen is cared for by Frieren, as he assists her in obtaining Flamme's writings and guides her to bid farewell to Himmel in Aureole. Reflecting on his time with the Hero Party, Stark admits that those adventurous ten years are his most cherished memories, despite his age. Similarly, Frieren acknowledges the profound impact of that brief period of her extensive lifespan.
