Nominations for articles to be featured on the front page.

Guidelines

  • Nominations must be at the very least 350 words long.
  • An article is featured every month, or at the admin's discretion.
  • Whichever article has the most votes at the end of the month is featured for a month.
  • IP votes and admin votes carry the same weight as regular users' votes.
  • All nominations and votes must be signed with four tildes (~~~~). Unsigned nominations and votes will be nullified.
  • Nominations and votes CANNOT BE CHANGED. Each user can only vote ONCE.
  • An article cannot be nominated twice in a row (if an article was nominated in the previous voting, it cannot be nominated again in the current one).
  • Only five nominations max for every voting are allowed. Any nomination surpassing this limit will be automatically disqualified.

Suggestions

  • Be original and creative with the nominations.
  • Don't vote against a hero if you haven't read the article about it yet.
  • Don't vote against a hero just because you know nothing about him/her/it.
  • Don't say anything that may be offensive to another.
  • If you're going to vote against, present an actual argument for your reasoning. "He's boring" or "I don't like him" aren't arguments.

The correct nomination format is as follows:

  • nomination ~~~~
Against: 0
  • (if anyone votes against:) against reasons for against ~~~~

  • Spyro was truly the hero who saved the earth from extinction from Malefor

Comments
  • Scooby-Doo turns 50 next month, so I’m nominating the namesake dog himself. (P.S. I also nominated The Black Knight Ghost on Villains Wiki)
  • Yeah I'm curious as to how this wasn't ever on. Scooby Dooby Doo, where are you? (On the Headlined Articles) Yeah I know I need to stop.
  • The Scooby Doo movie will be released next year and we want him headlined before it could be released.

Tommy Oliver

For: 2
Against: 1
Comments
  • Tommy has always been a legend in the Power Rangers franchise, and he's one of the greatest of them, I say give him a chance to be headlined.
  • Go Green Ranger GO!
  • After taking a look at the article, I can conclude one thing about it: it’s a mess. For instance, there are too many quotes at the top of the page, and the main section is cluttered with too many pictures; it looks like it is due for a cleanup.

John Rambo

  • with his new movie coming up in September I thought why not (and also he is pretty iconic)

Donald Duck

  • Yeah seriously how could the most friggin hilarious Disney character yet not be headlined?
  • I agree, he really should be headlined by now. He is one of the most iconic cartoon characters.
