Hibari is a supporting character of the anime and manga series One Piece. She is a marine who is a member of SWORD.
She is voiced by Shiori Mikami in Japanese and Celeste Perez in English.
Overview[]
Hibari is a Marine Commander and a member of SWORD (a unit of semi-resigned Marines that does not follow the World Government's order or the Marines' code as well intending to fight one of the Four Emperors without needing for permission or an Admiral).
After hearing Koby was captured by the Blackbeard Pirates from a failure attempted to arrest Boa Hancock, Hibari and Helmeppo begs Prince Grus to help them rescue Koby at Hachinose but cannot when they cannot do a rescue mission without Drake. This was until Monkey D. Garp arrived to order SWORD to come aboard on his ship to rescue Koby, much of Hibari and Helmeppo praise.
Hibari, SWORD and Garp went to Hachinose to rescue Koby and wage war against the Blackbeard Pirates. Hibari reunited with Koby. While reaching to the Marines, Hibari was freezed by former Admiral, Kuzan. She was later thawed out by Tashigi. Hibari, Koby and the rest of the Marines managed to escape Hachinose but sadly Garp stay behind and allowing himself to be captured in hopes to reform his former apprentice, Kuzan.
Appearance[]
Hibari is a beautiful young girl with a blonde ponytail hair and blue eyes. She wore a white shirt with a black heart-patched sash. She wore a one side long green clouded pants. She has a red and yellow stripped stocking. She has a pink headphones.
Personality[]
Hibari is a very emotional girl who would risk her own life for the sakes of her allies. She is very kind and considerate towards others, but somewhat bashful and embarrassed over how a boy like Koby may interpret her gestures.
Abilities and Powers[]
As a Marine Commander, Hibari has commands over the low ranking Marine soldiers.
She has a high skill marksmanship. Her rifle is modified created by Dr. Vegapunk. She can jam her enemies' firearms with bullets turn things to flowers.
Her physical prowess is weak when she was easily defeated and freezed by former Admiral, Aokiji.
