Hinata "Hina" Tachibana (橘日向, Tachibana Hinata?) is a major character in Tokyo Revengers. She is the girlfriend of Takemichi Hanagaki. In the original timeline, Hina broke with Takemichi when the last one leaved the town after finishing High School, since he and his friends were severally bullied by Kiyomasa. In 2017, she died in a mysterious truck accident caused by the Tokyo Manji, a gang that got corrupted during the time that it was operative. After Takemichi, by some reason, traveled 12 years to the past, he dediced to do everything that he could do to prevent Hina's death with the help of her younger brother, Naoto Tachibana.
In the anime she is voiced by Azumi Waki in Japanese and Lizzie Freeman in English. In the Live-Action she was portrayed by Mio Imada.
Appearance[]
Hina is a young girl that has white skin, coral eyes, mole below her chin and light brown hair. When she was a teenager, she had short hair, she mainly wore her school uniform, which consisted of a white short sleeve shirt with a dark red tie with gray stripes, a gray skirt, dark blue tights and brown shoes. In addition, she wears a 4 leaf clover necklace that Takemichi gave her. As an adult, Hina is taller and has a mature appearance, her hair is longer now, she wears a light blue dress with yellow roses on it and violet high heels. She still wears her 4 leaf clover necklace.
Personality[]
Hina has some traits of a typical young girl, she is polite, kind and has feminine gestures. At first, Hina worries about Takemichi, since as a gang member he gets into fights and returns with injuries. Beside her calm exterior, Hina shows a wratful side when it is necesarry. This is first shown when Mikey and Draken breaks in their school to take Takemichi, she confronted them even despite being weaker, showing also that she has courage. Despite not being capable to fight, Hina is disposed to protect Takemichi in everything she can, she always cheers him in the most difficult moments. She also helps when she has the chance, like when he takes cake of Draken with Emma when he was stabbed by Kiyomasa and calls an ambulance. When Takemichi told her that he went from the future and the thurt about her death, Hina just ignored him at first but then she started to understand the reasons to fight and told this to Mikey and Draken when they were depressed after Emma's death, causing them to understand Takemichi and returns to battle to help him.
