Hiroka Betsuyaku, nicknamed Hiro, is one of the two tritagonists (alongside Tomo) of the 2021 Japanese anime movie Belle. She is the best friend of Suzu and manager of her identity as Belle.
She is voiced by Lilas Ikuta in Japanese and Jessica DiCicco and English.

Hiroka is Suzu's best friend and confidante, as well as the only person who knows Belle's true identity. She has a witty and sharp tongue honed by many internet interactions. [1]

Hiroka black shoulder-length hair, fair skin, and light brown eyes. She is wears red glasses and is mostly seen wearing a school uniform that consists a white shirt with a red ribbon tied into a bow and a dark blue skirt.
