Holt Anne Richter is a major character from "The Cleveland Show". He is Cleveland's next door neighbor, third best friend, and Quaternary member of "The Guys", after Cleveland, Tim, and Lester. Holt is very short for his age, and would be considered a "midget". He has an inferiority complex and constantly tries to hide his short stature, by acting all cool and stuff. He works as a gym trainer at Black's Gym and still lives with his mother. Holt is always looking for a girlfriend, but given the kind of guy he is, he usually ends up in pretty horrible relationships. They're either with ugly girls that have hideous deformities of their own, or with domineering girls, who call all the shots and treat him with disrespect. He is voiced by Jason Sudeikis.
