Homura Amanohokosaka is the current imperator of Novus Orbis Librarium. He is Mei Amanohokosaka's descendant.
Information[]
Homura is the sole child of Tenjō Amanohokosaka, the Imperator before Saya's/Izanami's cadence, and was the rightful heir to the position before the coup d'état by the Goddess of Death. After his father was slain by Jin Kisaragi during the Second War of Ars Magus, Homura was taken in by Kagura Mutsuki, one of his father's disciples. With the people of his homeland now residing in either the remnants of the Ikaruga Federation or in the Ronin-Gai district in the 13th Hierarchical City of Kagutsuchi, Homura stayed in Ikaruga alongside Kagura, awaiting the day that they might be able to take back the NOL and remove Izanami from her tyrannical reign.
One night, Kagura calls Bang over to discuss his plan and to show Bang that Tenjo's son was alive and well. Homura later bears witness to the Imperator entering Kagura's base and announcing her resignation with Homura being her successor. After the final battle, Kagura states that Homura is doing everything he can to keep the Librarium together.
