Homura Kōgetsu is one of the main characters of the anime/manga series Edens Zero. She was a student of Valkyrie Yuna, one of the Four Shining Stars. She decided to help the Crew of Edens find mother and find her mentor again. After finding out the death of her mentor, she becomes her teachers successor as the new role of the Sword of Edens. However, in Universe 0, she realizes that Valkyrie is alive, and her mother truly loves her so much.
She is voiced by Shiki Aoki in Japanese and Laura Stahl in English.
Appearance[]
Homura is a slim young woman with dark-brown eyes, long, navy blue hair, and a beauty mark located under her left eye. Her hair reaches to her waist and part of it is tied in a high ponytail with a yellow ribbon. She is very well-endowed and has a curvaceous figure.
Personality[]
Homura is a calm individual who tends to speak what comes across her mind, which can sometimes come across as pretty rude depending on what she’s saying. Due to this, she has a very hard time keeping secrets. She is also really interested in fighting the Demon King.
Homura has a very hard time with hot temperatures, which is always shown when she is in Spa of Edens with Rebecca, though the Spa of Edens isn’t that hot so much.
Despite of her calm nature, she is capable of anger and aggression.
History[]
Homura lived with her mother Kurenai Kogetsu and was born in the planet Oedo until she was abandoned by her mother. Before leaving, Kurenai gave Homura a stuffed animal which made Homura believe that she'll be able to find her again. One day, a group of thugs intended to take Homura to Guilst and sell her. Valkyrie Yuna recused her and eventually became her mentor. Valkyrie trained Homura in the art of swordsmanship using the Ether Gear Soul Blade. At some point, Valkyrie disappeared so she can find Homura's real mother after suffering discrimination by the citizens of Oedo for not being her real mother by blood. Ever since that day, Homura has been searching her mentor.
