Hooper is a member of the CIA with unnamed appearances in "Flirting With Disaster", "Can I Be Frank (With You)" and "Buck, Wild".
Klaus playfully insults him while filling in for Stan in "The Wrestler".
He later joins Stan, Dick and Jackson in Thailand in "CIAPOW". He believes that an international Burger King is considered American soil due to its being an American corporation. He also spent the mission prep time birdwatching to try to bring himself closer to his estranged dead father and discovers a bird that he believes is the spirit of his father. However, during an escape attempt, the bird flies into a laser grid and is killed.
He is also present when Avery Bullock looks for a volunteer to be laid off for a month in "Big Stan on Campus", at the Smith's party in "Dreaming of a White Porsche Christmas". and is "banished" by Stan in "Morning Mimosa".
He is one of the savage survivors in "The Two Hundred" and plays basketball with Stan and the guys in "Criss-Cross Applesauce: The Ballad Of Billy Jesusworth". He is also listed as a possible owner of the mineral rights under the Smith property in "Mine Struggle".
