She would commence strategizing to thwart Doom's plans. After extensive yet unproductive research, Shuri conceived the idea of recalibrating the Rift Beacons to expel Doom from the island and return him to his origin. The initial target for the Rift Recalibrator would be the Doombot stationed at Castle Doom, serving as a preliminary test.

Hope assembling the Marvel heroes to take down Doom.
However, when The Looper engaged the Doombot following Hope and The Underground's efforts to clear a path, the Rift Recalibrators malfunctioned, compelling The Looper to eliminate the Doombot independently. Subsequently, Hope and Shuri uncovered that Mysterio and Emma Frost had interfered with the Recalibrators, causing them to short-circuit. Realizing that neutralizing Mysterio and Emma Frost was essential for a successful retry, Hope resolved to confront the illusionist first.
After dispatching The Looper on several sabotage missions and rescuing individuals from Mysterio's control, she joined forces with them and Jones to confront the villain, ultimately defeating him. While The Looper was experimenting with Stark Tech, Hope received power dampeners from Stark to mitigate Emma Frost's telepathic capabilities. Following the transmission of confidential instructions to The Looper and the placement of the power dampeners, Hope received a distressing call from Jones, warning of Doom's imminent arrival, as his Pandora Armor appeared to be complete. This situation compelled The Looper to confront Emma Frost alone while she experienced a panic attack.
After weeks of preparation, the moment arrived for Hope to confront Doom. She and her allies established five Rift Beacons near the central lake, all directed towards Doom's Arcane Forge. Peelverine, who was left in charge, assigned The Looper the task of activating the beacons. As the beacons began to focus on the forge, Hope activated the rift, but Doom's glowing green head emerged from the Forge, shielding it and unleashing a formidable energy.

Hope vs. Doom
As the beacons completed their charging process, Hope initiated the rift; however, Doom's abrupt arrival shielded the Forge, allowing it to remain intact while releasing a formidable energy surge that enveloped the vicinity in a cloud of debris. Gradually emerging from the haze as a colossal figure, Doom swiftly eliminated nearly all who dared to oppose him. While he effortlessly cast War Machine aside, Jones threw his shield at Doom in a desperate attempt to safeguard his companions, but it proved ineffective, and Doom sent him crashing to the ground. Just as Doom prepared to deliver the final blow, Hope sprang into action, seizing Jones' shield and using it to protect them both from the energy blasts he unleashed, infusing the shield with the power of Pandora. In a daring maneuver, Doom seized Hope, bringing her face-to-face with him. She struck him in the eye with the shield, still charged with Pandora's magic, leaving him with a scar that created a vulnerability in his otherwise impenetrable defenses. In the process, Hope sustained an injury to her arm. Her allies, both heroes and Loopers, rallied beside her as they charged at Doom, engaging in a fierce confrontation. Ultimately, the combined efforts of the heroes and Loopers succeeded in weakening Doom sufficiently to activate the final rift beacon, which stripped him of his powers derived from Pandora's Box and sent him back to his original reality.
