I.Q. Ickly is a boy genius and one of the Wacky Racers in the 2017 remake of the same name. He is a newcomer who is often called a "walking encyclopedia" by Dastardly, and has little social interaction. His appearance is largely similar to that of Peter Perfect except for his use of yellow or gold and his being around the size of Bella.

I.Q. is a diminutive boy who wears glasses. During the racing, he dons yellow helmet and clothing.
Personality[]
I.Q. is a very intelligent child, befitting his name. He has a knack at working on his inventions that might benefit himself (or other racers) in a race. Likewise, being an good-natured contestant, I.Q. befriends most of the racers as he genuinely tries to aid them, whenever they need it. He cares greatly for his friends and his car.

- As evidenced in the episode Swap Meet, he does NOT like being a girl, since during the third swap, he ended up in Penelope's body.

- In Swap Meet, I.Q.´s full name is revealed to be Ignacious Quainton, as his aunt Gracie mentions it.
- I.Q. and P.T. Barnstorm´s voice actress, Jill Talley, has worked with Bella Gruesome´s voice actor and husband, Tom Kenny, in other shows, like Spongebob Squarepants and Camp Lazlo.
- In the Japanese dub from the series, he was voiced by Aya Endō.
- I.Q. may be an expy of Professor Pat Pending, as they are both geniuses and their color scheme is yellow and orange.
- Also in Swap Meet, C.A.R. tells Peter (who´s on I.Q.´s body) that he has a I.Q of 312 and since I.Q. is too young to drive, designed the car to do the driving.
- I.Q. may have an accent, as C.A.R. tells him that she can´t understand his instructions in Swap Meet.
- In Unraceable, reveals that I.Q. is afraid of clowns.
