Iggy the Mouse, also known as Ichneumon, is a minor character in the Sonic the Comic Online! webcomic. She is a teenage tech wiz who found and maintained the A.I. copy of Shadow the Hedgehog, helping him in his escapades.
Biography[]
At some point, Iggy became affiliated with Shadow II, maintaining the A.I. and tweaking him somewhat to her liking, such as giving him an avatar based on the original Shadow, even if he remained mostly independent. Shadow II initially didn't know of Iggy's physical appearance or her true name, only knowing her by the pseudonym "Ichneumon", but was grateful to her for keeping watch over him. During the War of Mobius, Shadow II and Iggy cleared the Mobian Internet of Dr. Robotnik's viruses and propaganda.
Eventually, the Chaotix tracked Iggy down, and learned from her that Shadow II's programming made him a wild card, hard to sway to someone's side, though she still gave them an advice on how they could convince Shadow II to join them. Once Shadow II gained a physical body, Iggy stopped maintaining him, but volunteered to try and help find anything that could give the Kintobor Computer a similar body.
Personality[]
While Iggy strives to do good and encourage Shadow II to act likewise, she also has a deadpan demeanor, occasionally making her look more aloof than she actually is, though she often drops it. She claims that morally grey anti-heroes are her favourite type of characters, and she designed Shadow II to follow the suit, without thinking of the consequences.
