Ikki is a supporting protagonist in the animated series The Legend of Korra. She is the daughter of Tenzin, and the grandaughter of Aang and Katara. She and her two brothers and sister live on the air temple off of Republic City. She has three siblings: an older sister named Jinora and two younger brothers named Meelo and Rohan. The entire family resides on Air Temple Island, near Republic City. Ikki is fun-loving, energetic, and extremely talkative. She helps Korra along with her training from time to time.

She was voiced by Darcy Rose Byrnes, who also voiced Princess Amber in Sofia the First.

Personality[]

Generally, Ikki is incredibly polite and kind to everyone around her, although her bubbly personality does tend to take people off guard. She is also quite smart, as seen when she answered all of Bolin's questions in rapid fire succession. She can be a bit mischievous as well, although this is likely the result of her young age, such as when she told Asami that Korra had a crush on Mako, or her numerous arguments with her siblings. Most of this is no longer present after the timeskip, and whenever she does still argue with her siblings its no longer for petty reasons, as seen when she became angry at them for not taking their mission to find Korra seriously. She also displays a love for animals, playing with Pabu and bonding with an entire group of sky bison calves.

Powers & Abilities[]

Ikki is shown to be a highly skilled airbender for her age, although not quite on the level of her sister Jinora. Her skill is proficient enough for Tenzin to put her in charge of training the new airbenders alongside her brother Meelo, and she manages to take down several equalists who attack Air Temple Island during the Anti-Bending Revolution. Following the timeskip, Ikki's was skilled enough for Tenzin to trust her on a mission to go and search for Korra alongside her other siblings.
