The International Hero League are a team of superheroes seen in the Cartoon Monsoon series Superhero Intern. They are a parody of the Justice League of America.
Biography[]
The IHL had an intern named Tyler. While they are busy fighting villains such as Cement Larry, Tyler does their chores. After Cement Larry was defeated, Tyler came up with an idea to make coffee for the league. So, he decided to sell the many weapons they had on eBid. Unfortunately, many people and Cement Larry used these weapons to cause mayhem. Tyler apologized to the IHL for selling the items. To celebrate defeating Cement Larry again, the IHL had coffee, which was filtered through Preston Change-O’s underwear.

Mr. Merica is the leader of the team. He is an homage of Captain America and voiced by Tom Kenny.
The Weirdo[]
The Weirdo can use electric shocks and telekinesis. He was voiced by Tom Kenny.
The Grunt[]
The Grunt is the muscle of the team. He is an homage to the Incredible Hulk and voiced by Steve Blum.
Preston-Change O[]
Preston can shapeshift into anything to stop his enemies and help his allies. He is voiced by Steve Blum.
Tsunami[]
Tsunami is the heroine of the team. She can use water to stop enemies. She was voiced by Kath Soucie.
