Ither is a hero in Galtar and the Golden Lance. He is a sorcerer who was the Keeper of the Golden Lance.
He is voiced by the late Bob Arbogast.
Overview[]
Ither created the Golden Lance so it could be used for justice. Many tried to get it, but all failed (with Tormack in particular being blinded in his right eye). Eventually, Galtar succeeded in getting the Golden Lance, so Ither gave it to him. Ither stays in a hut, performing magic spells in his spare time.
Appearance[]
Ither has long white hair but is bald on top. He dresses in orange and has a long white beard.
Personality[]
Ither is shown to be wise and capable of magic. He always has faith in Galtar and his friends, knowing that the Golden Lance can never be used for evil. However, he is apparently capable of anger, having once banished Krimm's sister, Antara, to another world.
